Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to 503.305.4200. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just text "START" to 503.305.4200 and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Frequency: Message frequency will vary depending on the type of messages you have opted into.
6. Third Party Websites
